Several tot lots are located throughout the community, and are open to homeowners and their guests.  In addition, there is a picnic area at Clareybrook Park next to the Rob Roy swimming pool that is available on a first come, first served basis

Trails 
Braemar has beautiful walking trails throughout the community. The walking trails connect neighboring associations and nearby shopping areas. The trails are large enough to accommodate runners, bicycles, and walkers. Some of the asphalt trails fade into wood chips and nature (dirt) trails, usually this means that you have crossed into county owned property.
